Last weekend we delivered another Hog to Robert at the Three Rivers Market in Knoxville. He runs a great meat room for that store and his display case is always attractive. Speaking of attractive, i've always Loved his Facebook Page photo so, I stole it. But don't tell him, we'll keep that a secret!
